Ito po ang mga angels na tumulong sa atin. Dr. Abola, thank you very much. Prof. X Vallez, thank you also for your creative thinking. But I like to reserve my special thanks to Prof. Roni, when Sec. Mon asked me to handle e-commerce and una ko pong tinawagan ay si Prof. Roni na "tulungan mo naman ako sa mga work" and he did it. So nag-umpisa po kami dito sa e-commerce but ofcourse he had to leave to do other projects but he has been generous with ideas.

In particular, we wish to recognize the invaluable support extended by our partners, Dr. Vic Abola and Prof. Roni Balbieran whom I remember quite well a funny guy. Since, he was the one who's also instrumental in the formulation of the Philippine Construction Roadmap. Prof. Roni was also part of the initial team in our brown bag sessions before he had to join the USAID and that is why I know that He's a funny guy but he's really good.
