He is a project manager at Center for Research and Communication, University of Asia and the Pacific. He has conducted briefings and served as Resource Person in the following subject areas:  Macroeconomy, Local Economy,  Social Sector, Co-operatives, Micro and Small Enterprises, Poverty, Strategic Planning, Organizational Values and   Leadership. Conducted research and served as Panelist in the following research areas: Co-operatives, Micro and Small Enterprises, Poverty, Agriculture, Employment, Health, Education, and Water.

He has a Masteral degree in Business Economics (MBE) from School of Economics, University of Asia and the Pacific and a Bachelor of Arts degree Major in Economics (AB Econ) from University of the Philippines.

He is a co-Author of  Co-operatives: An Introduction (Textbook) as well as in The Social Economy of Co-operatives and Microfinance as Platforms for Integral Human Development, published article in the Journal on Caritas in Veritate, University of Asia and the Pacific in 2009.
