Annabelle N. Herrera is a recognized environmental, right of way, and social safeguards expert with at least 30 years of professional experience, 25 years of which is with Ecosyscorp Inc. as its President. She specializes in Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) preparation and monitoring, environmental and social impact assessment, training & education. She is an accredited EIS Preparer - Team Leader Category, and a Social Impact Specialist by the Environmental Management Bureau, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, (EMB – DENR).
She has a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of the Philippines.
